I'm embarking on a quest to converse with the internet on all things networking, information security, and anything else that may possibly obliquely relate to daily operations of a network. I like security things, and I may spend some time talking about crypt analysis and password rotation policies, then talk about trying to break our own policies. I like network things, and I may spend some time talking about topology and getting various brands of switches and routers to play nicely together. I like radio and satellite theory things, especially tools, and I may spend some time talking about signal theory (#25Sforlife). I'll probably spend a fair amount of time raging against Windows 10 for destroying basic network connectivity and other sundry crimes, evangelizing free and open source solutions for education use, and discussing the merits of Houston Blend and Deathwish for achieving optimum network performance.
